Is a company free to become what it wants to become ?
To succeed, a company must be primarily a continuous project and must find within itself the freedom to constantly make this project evolve as and according to the decisions it will make.
When it becomes normal to stop asking questions about choice, it becomes normal to simply give up. The company is not free to make its own history.
To avoid falling into that trap, Marketing must become a mindset. It is no longer tools or a function.
